After almost three chapters of bad news, Paul turns to the good news, the good news of the gospel. In 3:21-31, Paul explains that sinners (all of us) can be saved because of what Jesus did for us on the cross. This salvation comes as a free gift from God through his grace to all who trust Jesus alone for their forgiveness and for eternal life. We don't have to do anything but receive God's gift by faith. This certainly is good news.
