Almost weekly we hear about another act of violence, injustice, or hatred. Sometimes it makes us wonder, why doesn't God do something about this? Why does he let it go on?

The prophet Habakkuk asked the same question. The response he got wasn't exactly what he wanted but revealed that God was aware and was about to act. Habakkuk's experience can teach any of us who, like him,  sometimes question God's justice and what seems to us his lack of action,
